Hello, I am Ayan Chowdhury.
I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 6.5 years of experience building and owning large-scale backend
systems in fintech and e-commerce. Currently at PhonePe, I’m a founding engineer for the EDC platform,
leading core services such as merchant onboarding, transaction management, and event-driven
workflows using Java, Kafka, and RabbitMQ. Previously at Meesho and Udaan, I built high-traffic
checkout systems and independently delivered a dispute management platform that became the
foundation for a vendor support pilot. I consistently operate as a system owner—driving design,
reliability, and end-to-end delivery—and I’m excited to bring this mindset to a team focused on scalable,
real-world impact....
I am a video maker too and photography is my passion. I myself
click photos and videos and turn them into a movie by editing
